To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:

* The email address associated with your CREAO account
* A short description of what you were trying to do and what happened
* Screenshots or error messages, if you have them

## Account & data requests

You can **delete your account and all associated data yourself** — no need to email us.
Go to **Account settings → Profile → Delete account**. Your request is processed within
30 days, and you can cancel it anytime before it completes.

For any other data or privacy request (such as a copy of your data or a Data Processing
Agreement), email **[privacy@creao.ai](mailto:privacy@creao.ai)**. See our

## Report a security issue

If you've discovered a security vulnerability, please report it to
**[security@creao.ai](mailto:security@creao.ai)** rather than disclosing it publicly.
We acknowledge reports within 48 hours. See our
