Overview

Workspaces are the core way to organize and manage your CREAO projects. You can link multiple apps to the same workspace, and share the same app across different workspaces, enabling flexible project organization and management.

Create a Workspace

Create dedicated workspaces for different project types to start organizing your projects. 1767784547066

Create Your First Workspace (New Users)

Manage Apps in Your Workspace

Manage linked apps flexibly within your workspace, organizing related apps together.   • After linking, access the app from any workspace

View Apps in a Workspace

Enter any workspace to see all linked apps at a glance, with quick access or modification options. 1767785035575

Remove Apps from a Workspace

Unlink apps when they no longer belong to this workspace.
Removing an app from a workspace only unlinks that association. The app itself won’t be deleted and can still be accessed in other workspaces or your app list.

App Operation Restrictions in Workspaces

Apps in a workspace don’t support direct Build operations.
Clicking “Go edit” on an app in your workspace will take you directly to the “App Development page.” Follow Up operations are only supported on the App Development page. 1767785232493

Before Starting a Chat

Chat Lifecycle

Full lifecycle management for your chats:
  • New Chat: Start a new conversation
