What is a workspace?

A workspace is the persistent environment where your Super Agent, Agent Apps, Skills, Connectors, and conversations live together. Think of it as a project folder — everything related to a specific team, client, or workflow goes in one workspace.

Workspace overview

When you enter a workspace, you see:
  • Workspace name and settings (top left)
  • Search apps — find Agent Apps in this workspace
  • Capabilities button — manage Skills and Connectors
  • Agent App cards — your Agent Apps with Run and Follow up actions
  • Super Agent chat bar — at the bottom, ready for conversations

Create a workspace

1

Click the + button

In the sidebar, click the + button below your existing workspaces to create a new one.
2

Name your workspace

Give it a descriptive name (e.g., “Marketing”, “Product Research”, “Client A”) and optionally add a description.
3

Start working

Your new workspace is ready. Use the Super Agent to run tasks, create Agent Apps, and add capabilities.

Manage your workspace

Click the gear icon next to the workspace name to access workspace settings: Workspace settings menu with Edit and Delete options
  • Edit Workspace — change the name or description
  • Delete Workspace — permanently remove the workspace
Deleting a workspace removes it and its associations. Agent Apps themselves are not deleted and can still be accessed from other workspaces.

Agent Apps in your workspace

Agent Apps appear as cards in the workspace. Each card shows:
  • Name and description
  • Run button — open the Agent App panel to execute it
  • menu — Follow up, Share, or Remove

  • Follow up — refine the Agent App with a new request
  • Share — share the Agent App with others
  • Remove — unlink from this workspace (does not delete the Agent App)

Tips

  • Create separate workspaces for different teams, projects, or clients to keep things organized.
  • Agent Apps can exist in multiple workspaces — removing one from a workspace doesn’t delete it.
  • Capabilities (Skills and Connectors) are workspace-scoped — connect once and all Agent Apps in the workspace can use them.
  • Use the sidebar to quickly switch between workspaces.
