Account & data requests

You can delete your account and all associated data yourself — no need to email us. Go to Account settings → Profile → Delete account. Your request is processed within 30 days, and you can cancel it anytime before it completes. For any other data or privacy request (such as a copy of your data or a Data Processing Agreement), email privacy@creao.ai. See our Privacy page for how we handle your data and your rights.

Report a security issue

If you’ve discovered a security vulnerability, please report it to security@creao.ai rather than disclosing it publicly. We acknowledge reports within 48 hours. See our Security page for details.
