Account & data requests

You can delete your CREAO account and its associated data yourself — no need to email us. Go to Settings → Profile → Delete account. Your request is processed within 30 days, and you can cancel it anytime before it completes. That covers agent.creao.ai and CLI. A Developer Platform account created at developer.creao.ai is a separate product account and is not removed by that flow; request that erasure at privacy@creao.ai. For any other data or privacy request (such as a copy of your data or a Data Processing Agreement), email privacy@creao.ai. See our Privacy page for how we handle your data and your rights.

Report a security issue

If you’ve discovered a security vulnerability, please report it to security@creao.ai rather than disclosing it publicly. We acknowledge reports within 48 hours. See our Security page for details.
